A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. Deposits will only be refunded if accommodation is cancelled 14 days prior to the booked date.
Strictly no smoking inside the cottages.
All our cottages are fitted with smoke detector alarms.
Children are welcome, but please note that there is an unfenced dam close by. (50 meters from cottages)
Children need to be supervised by adults, especially if they are in the area of the dam.
No responsibility can be taken in the event of an incident or tragedy.
Swimming in the dam is permitted at your own risk.
Fishing on a catch-and-release basis is permitted.
Dogs are sadly not allowed, as we have three of our own and we tend to get upset if our free-range chickens are terrorised.
