At Paul Wallace Family Wines, we take great pride in the quality of our wines and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or credit – whichever you prefer.
Corked or Faulty Wines
Occasionally, a bottle may be corked or not up to our usual standards. If this happens, please let us know. We may ask for the bottle to be returned so we can investigate, but rest assured, we will always work to make it right.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report a problem, email us at nicky@paulwallacewines.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond promptly with the next steps.
Delivery Errors or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your order is missing items or has been damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
